Burano Participações is the patrimonial holding company of a Gramado family, now becoming a real estate asset manager. We do not broker: the properties we present are held in our own name, with documentation we keep in order.
01WHO WE ARE
Burano was incorporated in 2021 to consolidate the family's property holdings in and around Gramado. What began as estate organisation became, over time, an operation: selective acquisition, registry regularisation and preparation of assets for development.
The practical difference is that we do not sell other people's opportunities. Every asset has passed through our hands: we bought it, regularised it and know its limitations as well as its merits. That changes what we can state in a listing — and what we choose not to state.

No asset goes to market before its titles, zoning and registrations are in order. The buyer's due diligence starts with the work already done.
Environmental constraints, prohibited uses, outstanding filings — all of it appears in the material. What is discovered later costs more than what is declared up front.
We negotiate directly, as owners. There is no embedded commission and no chain of agents between you and the decision-maker.
